I stayed at Peninsula Five for an extended period and overall had a very comfortable experience. The building is modern, well-maintained, and offers a calm environment which is ideal for long stays. The apartment layout is practical with good use of space, and the finishing is of a high standard. Facilities such as the gym, pool, and common areas are clean and rarely overcrowded, which makes day-to-day living enjoyable. The location is also convenient, with easy access to Downtown Dubai and nearby shops, cafes, and main roads. The maintenance and building management team were generally responsive, though at times there was a slight delay during busy periods. Security is well-managed, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and professional. For long-term living, it offers a good balance of comfort, privacy, and lifestyle amenities. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a modern residence in a central location, especially for extended stays.

Excellent stay. The apartment had everything we needed and the host made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our stay here. Отличное место Positive: Понравилось расположение: до метро за 15 минут спокойным шагом доходили. Рядом канал — место для прогулок или пробежки. Сами апартаменты чистые, стильные, с панорамными окнами. Из окна видно Бурдж-Халифу! Внутри есть абсолютно всё необходимое для комфортного проживания.
